Georgia-Pacific is hiring an onsite Senior Manager of Analysis for its Operations Finance team at the Palatka, Florida paper mill. The role partners with operations leaders to provide manufacturing and financial analysis, forecasting, planning, variance and cost analysis, capital planning, performance tracking, benchmarking, and strategic planning support. The position requires financial analysis, accounting, cost accounting, or operations finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, project leadership, and the ability to work independently and with a team. A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred, along with advanced Excel, data analysis, SAP, and ERP experience. The role reports to the site Operations Finance Leader and is based at the Palatka manufacturing facility.
