The role generates data-driven insights, forecasts sales, optimizes sales technology and workflows, leverages AI tools, manages forecasting models, and partners with sales, merchandising, training, and senior management teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, 10 years of related experience, financial modeling and Excel expertise, and strong SQL, Tableau, and business intelligence capabilities. The anticipated base salary is $125,000–$140,000, with up to a 20% bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
