Dollar Shave Club is hiring a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead data-driven growth, digital experimentation, web analytics, and analytics reporting. The role partners with CRM, acquisition, digital product, and engineering teams; manages and mentors one analyst; oversees A/B and multivariate testing; improves Google Analytics implementation; conducts conversion and performance analyses; resolves data integrity issues; and develops QA'd data pipelines and Tableau dashboards for product, growth, and leadership teams. It is a full-time, in-office position based in Durham, North Carolina, with a salary of $165,000-$180,000 plus bonus.
