The role provides technical direction, oversees software delivery, manages multiple projects, improves development processes, develops engineering talent, partners with Product and business leaders, and balances technical health, quality, capacity, customer value, and operational risk. The position offers flexible full-time or hybrid telecommuting arrangements and a salary range of $141,600 to $236,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
