Exponent is seeking a Senior Manager for their Construction Consulting Practice in Alexandria, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the Construction Disputes business, identifying new business opportunities, participating in business development initiatives, active involvement in industry associations, project management, executing projects, and recruiting and mentoring staff. This role requires a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, along with 15+ years of experience in project/construction management or construction consulting, preferably with experience in construction claims, litigation services, and construction consulting services. Strong communication skills are also essential.
