Description
Tejas Networks is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee contract-manufacturer programs and improve on-time delivery, yield, cost reduction, quality, forecasting, material planning, purchase-order release, and customer satisfaction. The role manages program and operational KPIs, resolves manufacturer grievances, conducts quarterly business reviews, and produces weekly and monthly SCM reports. Mandatory qualifications include 10–15 years of manufacturing experience in electronics, telecommunications production, or EMS, technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, manufacturing-cost expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience driving delivery-performance initiatives; material planning and project or program planning are also required.
