Description

Strivector Corp is hiring a Senior Manager to lead and develop teams of scientists, engineers, and technical staff within MSSI while overseeing material selection, development, and qualification for medical devices. The role manages cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and external partners in a matrixed global environment. It requires a Ph.D. in a relevant chemistry or materials science field and at least 12 years of post-graduate experience, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Additional Information

Experience leading teams of 6–8 people and material organizations, including at least 3 years of functional management
