Magellan is hiring a Senior Banking Manager to independently manage banking-sector projects, develop the practice’s commercial proposals and client portfolio, recruit and staff the team, and lead Managers and Senior Consultants. The role also involves defining the practice’s strategy, participating in executive committee discussions, and contributing to strategic decisions and new service offerings. Candidates need strong retail banking expertise, at least 10 years of banking consulting experience, a master’s degree, and deep business and banking systems knowledge.
