Description
The Senior Manager, BES, Portfolio Management will lead the commercial credit team responsible for prudent underwriting and ongoing monitoring of complex conventional commercial mortgage loans secured by major asset classes across Canada. The role oversees portfolio risk, loan renewals and annual reviews, credit flow, reporting, compliance, quality assurance, and the development and evaluation of contract employees, interns, LDP Associates, and job shadowing employees. It requires strong leadership, commercial real estate lending experience, financial analysis, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage a high-volume environment.
