Amgen is hiring a Senior Manager, Biostatistical Programming to lead an offshore team of Study Lead Programmers and Study Programmers supporting end-to-end statistical programming for clinical development products. The role partners with the Global Programming Lead, manages programming execution, regulatory submission packages, project plans, budgets, audits, SOPs, staff development, and cross-functional initiatives. It is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires at least eight years of statistical programming experience in a clinical development environment, SAS expertise, regulatory submission experience, and experience leading offshore programming teams.
