Amgen is hiring a Senior Manager, Biostatistical Programming to lead an offshore team of Study Lead Programmers and Study Programmers supporting integrated global statistical programming for assigned products. The role is responsible for end-to-end programming execution, milestone analysis, regulatory submission packages, project planning, resource management, process improvement, audits, SOP development, staff coaching, and career development. The position is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires a relevant degree, at least eight years of clinical development statistical programming experience, offshore team leadership experience, advanced SAS skills, regulatory submission experience, and experience with software development and globally dispersed teams.
