Description
Justworks is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead a dedicated team of analysts and partner with senior functional leaders on strategic analytical initiatives. The role owns analytical quality, develops self-service intelligence products, evolves the BI operating model, drives adoption of modern BI and AI-assisted tools, and collaborates with analytics engineering, data governance, data science, and data platform teams. Candidates need at least seven years of hands-on analytics experience, four years of people management, strong SQL and modern BI skills, statistical programming knowledge, and experience influencing VP-level stakeholders. The position is based in the New York City office and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
