Dexcom is hiring a Senior Manager Business Operations to develop and operate the end-to-end service model for a consumer product across multiple markets. The role leads cross-functional launch readiness, process design, regional and market operational requirements, readiness reviews, risk management, KPI tracking, performance reviews, and post-launch improvement. It requires significant business operations, program management, launch readiness, or operational transformation experience, along with people management experience, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel of 5–15% and a monthly base salary of €5,567.50 to €7,205.00 gross.
