Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably at a high-growth startup or technology company.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results, including launching new products or service offerings.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong bias to action; comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving with urgency, and staying focused on outcomes over process.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to align stakeholders across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Experience building and running internal operating cadences, including business reviews, planning cycles, and performance reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
