Sphere Entertainment is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Operations to partner with Sphere Studios and Tech Ops leadership on cross-functional collaboration, resourcing strategy, and operational efficiency. The role will improve production workflows, resource allocation, scheduling, capacity planning, documentation, dashboards, KPIs, budget tracking, and automation while serving as an operational bridge across Sales, Marketing, Venue Operations, and other teams. The position requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, periodic travel between New York, Burbank, and Las Vegas, and is onsite.
