Description
The Business Planning Manager will lead business planning for dsm-firmenich’s modular factory in Shanghai, coordinating customer demand, production capacity, materials, inventory, quality, logistics, and supply strategies across commercial, customer care, planning, manufacturing, procurement, and other teams. The role focuses on improving service, cost, cash performance, supply reliability, and continuous improvement while maintaining planning data accuracy in SAP. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant supply chain or business planning experience and at least four years leading people, teams, projects, or cross-functional supply chain activities.
