VELUX is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Process Management to lead a small team and drive process excellence across Products & Innovation. The role owns the Idea-to-Market process landscape, including the Stage-Gate Product Development Process, and leads process improvement, governance, standards, architecture, performance monitoring, and organisational change. It requires substantial R&D, product development, engineering, or innovation experience, a strong background in business process management or continuous improvement, at least five years of people management experience, and strong capabilities in process design, governance, architecture, performance management, and maturity assessment.
