Description
Adobe is hiring a Sr. Manager to lead program delivery across Corporate Accounting and Operations. The role combines people leadership with ownership of business transformation, process design, automation, system enhancements, production support, bug fixes, and continuous improvement. The manager will lead program managers, guide work from intake through implementation, set priorities, align resources, and personally lead several high-impact cross-functional programs. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years leading enterprise programs, business operations, or technology initiatives, and experience with program management, process design, Agile delivery, governance, and AI-enabled program practices. The U.S. pay range is $127,500 to $250,875 annually.
