InMarket is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Intelligence to work remotely and report directly to the CFO. The role translates ambiguous business questions into data-driven analysis, insights, recommendations, and executive conversations across product, pricing, customer behavior, go-to-market, investment, and market dynamics. The manager will establish repeatable analytical workflows, close data gaps, and influence decisions while functional teams own execution. The position requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong SQL and analytical skills, commercial judgment, executive communication, and experience using AI in analytical workflows. The disclosed California, Colorado, New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, and Massachusetts base salary range is $125,000–$150,000, with medical, dental, FSA, stock options, and other benefits.
