Description
Rosendin is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Integration to lead enterprise-wide operational excellence, business transformation, and post-acquisition integration initiatives. The role partners with executive and cross-functional leaders across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Strategy, Procurement, and other functions to redesign processes, align enterprise systems, establish operating models and governance, enable AI and automation, and manage post-merger integration. The position requires 12+ years of relevant experience, leadership of multiple transformation and integration programs, strong program management and executive communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 30%.
