Rolls‑Royce SMR is hiring a Senior Manager – C&I Components & Physical Integration to lead the specification, design, integration, qualification and delivery of instrumentation, field equipment, hardware packages and plant integration solutions across its SMR programme. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, manages supplier relationships and equipment supply chains, supports qualification and commissioning reviews, and develops engineering capability. It is a hybrid position based in Derby, Manchester or Warrington, with a salary band of £71,000–£93,200 and benefits including a performance bonus, pension, holidays and private medical insurance.
