Dashiell is hiring a Senior Manager, Category Management to lead sourcing strategy for major electrical apparatus used in substation and transmission projects. The role owns supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations, contracts, supplier relationships, dual-sourcing, qualification, cost savings, and supplier performance, and reports to the Vice President of Supply Chain. It is based in Houston, Texas, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
