OCI is hiring a Lead Data Centre Operations Manager to oversee 24/7 data centre operations and regional deployments across Thailand, lead and develop data centre technician and field engineer teams, manage vendors and regulatory compliance, support global consistency, and drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive experience leading large technical teams in mission-critical IT and hyperscale data centre environments, with occasional travel and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
