Description
Snorkel AI is hiring a Coding Fellows Manager to lead and support a portfolio of Coding Fellows across multiple AI data projects. The role manages people administration, expectations, performance reviews, feedback, coaching, development, and long-term success while maintaining technical credibility through code and pull-request review. It does not own day-to-day task assignment or project execution, which are managed by delivery teams. The position requires at least three years of software engineering, technical leadership, or related experience, including direct management of programmers or software engineers, along with experience hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and managing people across changing assignments. The role is full time and offers a base salary of $175,000–$250,000 USD plus equity.
