United Airlines is hiring an Enterprise Microsoft 365 Collaboration Lead to define, deliver, and operate enterprise collaboration technology across Microsoft 365 platforms. The role owns strategy, governance, modernization, adoption, security, licensing, cost optimization, and operational support; leads engineering teams building automation through PowerShell, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows; and manages large-scale initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years of enterprise IT experience including three years leading collaboration technologies, hybrid work, and no visa sponsorship. The base salary is $140,600 to $183,108, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
