Description
Axon is hiring a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to serve as a strategic business partner to its Next Markets sales teams, including US Federal, Corrections, and Justice. The role owns investment roadmaps, complex deal economics, forecasts, operational KPIs, market-entry and pricing decisions, and scenario analysis, while partnering with sales, finance, and operations. It is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Finance, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Friday at one of several Axon Hub locations. The position requires 7–10 years of finance experience and offers a base-pay range of $141,225 to $225,960 USD, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
