Resmed is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Services – Diagnostics to oversee Virtuox service programs. This role involves developing, managing, measuring, and optimizing programs to support commercial and operational priorities, connecting product strategy with operational execution. The manager will be responsible for understanding business context, tracking market trends, identifying opportunities for new service offerings, and developing new service models through structured pilots. They will manage the entire program lifecycle, from concept to execution, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and high-performance delivery.
