MN8 Energy is hiring a Construction Permitting & Compliance Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on environmental and permitting compliance during the construction phase of solar and energy-storage projects. The role oversees environmental consultants, interprets permit conditions, maintains compliance documentation, coordinates handoffs across project lifecycle phases, develops tracking systems and training, supports EPC and consultant coordination, and ensures ongoing compliance through construction, operations, and permitting modifications. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field and at least five years of environmental permitting and compliance experience, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
