Description
The Senior Manager, Content Delivery oversees end-to-end course implementation and operational management for online course presentations across 2U’s Executive Education portfolio. The role manages presentation setup, environment cloning, cohort dynamics, gradebook and LTI integrations, quality assurance, launch escalations, vendor coordination, and multidisciplinary delivery teams. It requires at least six years of experience in online education operations, educational technology, or complex technical service delivery, including at least three years in management, along with a bachelor’s degree and strong LMS, data pipeline, gradebook, and LTI expertise.
