Description
The Senior Manager Controlled Substances is a compliance leadership role responsible for developing and overseeing policies, internal controls, audits, investigations, training, and regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to federal, state, and international controlled-substance requirements. The position manages a compliance team, partners with regulators and internal stakeholders across Legal, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain, and provides expert guidance on ARCOS reporting, suspicious order monitoring, diversion prevention, inventory controls, and transport compliance in a fast-paced, sales-driven organization.
