Oracle is hiring a Senior Manager of Development for its OCI Identity team to lead and manage software engineers and development managers responsible for architecture, development, testing, debugging, and delivery of major cloud infrastructure components. The role owns product definition and strategy, drives scalable and reliable backend and platform capabilities, and provides technical and organizational leadership across engineering, product, operations, security, and infrastructure. Candidates need a computer science degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, strong distributed-systems and cloud-native skills, and proficiency in Java and Python.
