Oracle is hiring a Senior Manager of Firmware Management to lead firmware engineering and management teams supporting its global cloud infrastructure fleet. The role owns the firmware lifecycle strategy, vendor qualification, validation, release processes, fleet deployment, reliability and security KPIs, incident response, automation, and cross-functional partnerships across hardware, security, supply chain, and operations. It also manages medium- to large-scale programs and develops firmware engineering talent. The role offers a US hiring range of $146,300 to $306,400 per annum, with bonus, equity, and compensation deferral eligibility, plus medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
