Description
OCI is hiring a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead and support the AI Data Plane (DP) team, which builds highly available, massively scalable cloud services for distributed AI/ML/HPC workloads across thousands of GPUs. The role combines engineering and project management, roadmap ownership, people management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, senior leadership, and OCI Core Service teams. Candidates need at least four years of engineering and people management experience, five years leading large cross-functional projects in cloud environments, five years owning roadmap strategy, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, and strong expertise in distributed systems, high-performance computing, GPU systems, scalability, availability, and low latency. The role offers a US hiring range of $146,300 to $306,400 per annum, plus potential bonus, equity, and compensation deferral, along with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
