Description
GROPYUS is hiring a Senior Cost Optimization Manager - Building Systems to develop transparent cost structures, apply design-to-cost, should-cost, value engineering, and target-costing methodologies, and identify cost-saving opportunities across prefabricated building systems. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Construction, and R&D teams to drive measurable cost reductions and embed cost awareness throughout the building lifecycle. Candidates need extensive construction cost engineering or technical project delivery experience, strong analytical and cross-functional skills, and fluent English; industrialized construction, timber construction, German-speaking markets, digital costing tools, Lean Six Sigma, and German are preferred. The position offers an unlimited all-in contract, flexible office and remote work, vacation days, pension, language courses, and an Austrian salary range of €75,000–€80,000 based on 14 months.
