GROPYUS is hiring a Senior Cost Optimization Manager - Building Systems to develop transparent cost structures, apply design-to-cost, should-cost, value engineering, and target-costing methodologies, and identify cost optimization opportunities across building systems, components, materials, and construction interfaces. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Construction, and R&D teams and requires extensive cost engineering, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional improvement experience, along with fluent English. The position offers an unlimited contract, flexible work, benefits, and an Austrian salary range of €75,000–€80,000 based on 14 months.
