Description
GROPYUS is hiring a Senior Cost Optimization Manager - Building Systems to develop transparent cost structures, apply design-to-cost, should-cost, value engineering, and target-costing methodologies, and identify cost optimization opportunities across building systems, components, materials, and construction interfaces. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Construction, and R&D teams to drive cross-functional cost improvements and requires extensive experience in cost engineering, value engineering, industrial engineering, operational excellence, or cost optimization in advanced industrial environments, along with measurable cost-reduction results, analytical ability, and fluent English. The position offers an unlimited contract, flexible office and remote work, and up to 40 days of work abroad per year.
