GROPYUS is hiring a Senior Manager Cost Optimization - Building Systems to develop and implement cost-optimization strategies across its prefabricated building systems. The role applies design-to-cost, should-cost, value engineering, and target-costing methods; analyzes cost opportunities in design, materials, interfaces, manufacturing, procurement, and construction; maintains cost models and benchmarks; and leads cross-functional improvement initiatives. Candidates need several years of construction cost engineering or technical project delivery experience, strong analytical skills, regular travel, and fluent English.
