GROPYUS is hiring a Senior Manager Cost Optimization - Building Systems to develop and implement cost-optimization strategies across its prefabricated building systems. The role applies design-to-cost, should-cost, value engineering, and target-costing methods across product development, manufacturing, procurement, and construction execution; develops cost models and benchmarks; and leads cross-functional initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Candidates should have several years of experience in cost engineering, value engineering, industrial engineering, operational excellence, or cost optimization in automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, lean manufacturing, or comparable high-volume production environments, along with measurable cost-reduction results, analytical skills, and business-fluent English.
