Engine is hiring a Senior Manager, Credit to own the underwriting operating model for its corporate card, including the credit standard, backtest infrastructure, portfolio analytics, and the team executing against it. The role leads credit underwriting standards, automated decisioning readiness, risk and bureau tools, KYB processes, portfolio reporting, fraud coordination, and credit policy governance, while developing the credit team. Candidates need at least 8 years of credit underwriting or credit risk experience, 3+ years leading a credit team, commercial credit expertise, and experience in fintech, corporate card, or SMB credit environments. The role offers a base salary of $151,300–$178,000 USD, equity, and a hybrid-hub work model.
