Description

ICU Medical is seeking a senior contracting leader to manage the full lifecycle of individual and integrated delivery network (IDN) customer contracts, including drafting amendments, pricing and terms management, compliance, audits, renewals, analytics, and process optimization. The role partners with Legal, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders; manages contracting tools and workflows using Microsoft applications and Model N; supports customer engagement and sales; and develops contracting analysts through training and coaching. It requires a bachelor's degree, 7–10 years of experience, team management experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and approximately 5% travel.

Microsoft applications, CRM software, and Model N proficiency
