Description
The Senior Manager, Data Center Facilities Development leads end-to-end delivery of complex data center construction, expansion, retrofit, and customer-driven projects in Thailand. The role manages project controls, budgets, risks, dependencies, safety, quality, commissioning readiness, and operational handover; coordinates with real estate, design, network, commissioning, operations, procurement, contractors, consultants, and customers; and directly manages construction managers, project managers, and project-controls personnel. The successful candidate should have 8–10 years of construction, project delivery, or facility-development experience, ideally in data centers or mission-critical environments.
