Description
The Senior Manager, Data Center Facility Development leads the planning, governance, and execution of data center construction and development projects in India, including new builds, expansions, retrofits, and customer-driven delivery. The role owns integrated delivery plans, milestones, risk and cost controls, contractor performance, safety, quality, commissioning readiness, and handover, while coordinating with design, network, operations, real estate, and external partners. It also directly manages construction and project controls professionals, develops team capability, and ensures timely resolution of delivery issues.
