KIPP Foundation is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to own end-to-end data architecture and pipeline delivery, manage data platform operations, lead sprint planning and release delivery, establish data quality and MLOps capabilities, and guide data engineering team members. The role requires 8+ years of experience in data engineering or a closely related technical field, strong SQL, Spark, PySpark, ETL, CI/CD, and data platform experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. It is a full-time exempt role based in New York City or Chicago, with a full-time remote office option, and offers a salary of $120,000–$145,000 plus benefits.
