KIPP Foundation is hiring a Data Engineering Manager to own and deliver data architecture, BI platform, and data pipeline solutions. The role covers requirements gathering, solution design, ETL/ETL pipeline development, data quality, Tableau platform operations, AI-enabled analytics, project and sprint management, and coaching data engineers. It requires 8+ years of experience in data engineering or a closely related field, strong SQL, Spark, PySpark, SSIS, Tableau, and cloud data platform expertise, and experience managing data engineers. The role is full-time and exempt, with preferred NYC or Chicago office locations and an option for full-time remote work; compensation is $120,000–$145,000.
