Fuze Health’s Alto is hiring a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of its data platform. The role manages and grows a team of data engineers, defines data platform vision, partners with cross-functional teams, and owns ingestion, transformation, orchestration, storage, serving, governance, quality, reliability, and cost optimization. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of data engineering or related infrastructure experience, 5+ years leading technical teams, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern data tools. The position is remote, limited to specified U.S. states, and pays $180,000–$225,000 annually.
