McKesson is hiring an Engineering Senior Manager (M3) to lead multiple engineering teams, managers, and supervisors focused on enterprise data engineering. The role sets engineering strategy, oversees complex cross-functional programs, establishes governance and compliance, manages budgets and vendors, drives modernization and innovation, and develops technical talent. It requires deep expertise in Azure data services, Databricks and lakehouse engineering, modern structured and unstructured data architecture, Python, Scala, SQL, Spark, infrastructure as code, and enterprise data products and semantic layers, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 9+ years in engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
