JumpCloud is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its EDA, ESE, and Machine Learning development team in India. The role combines engineering leadership with hands-on technical work across data pipelines, Salesforce and NetSuite reporting, data governance, AI/ML model production, and SaaS reliability. Responsibilities include building architecture, defining engineering best practices, managing and mentoring engineers, hiring, onboarding, and collaborating with product, platform, security, and executive stakeholders. The position is remote within India and requires at least 8 years of applied machine learning experience, including several years managing people and production MLOps.
