ServiceNow is hiring a Sr. Manager, Data Platform to act as a player-coach engineering leader for a team of 6–10 engineers building and operating core cloud-native platform services. The role owns hiring, delivery, technical direction, reliability, scalability, and operational practices across hyperscaler, on-prem, and sovereign environments, while also reviewing designs, code, and architecture. Candidates need 10+ years of production software experience, substantial distributed-systems and Kubernetes experience, 5+ years managing software engineers, hyperscaler expertise, and strong stakeholder-management skills. Base pay is $181,200–$317,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
