Description
DigitalOcean is hiring a Senior Manager Datacenter Engineering in Seattle to lead electrical, mechanical, controls, and infrastructure engineering for AI/GPU data centers and liquid cooling. The role oversees new builds, retrofits, operational improvements, engineering due diligence, site operations, deployment, construction, design, specifications, documentation, governance, talent development, and reliability. Candidates need a BS in Engineering or equivalent, at least 10 years of mission-critical data center engineering experience, and at least 5 years leading engineering teams, along with experience across electrical, mechanical, controls, liquid cooling, UPS, generators, and AI infrastructure. The position offers a hybrid arrangement and a base salary of $156,800 to $196,000.
