The Senior Manager DC Software Development will lead and coordinate software development and system engineering teams in Karlsruhe, shaping the technology roadmap for data center and bare metal software solutions. The role oversees the software development lifecycle, technical architecture, performance optimization, risk management, and collaboration with operations and other teams, while requiring leadership experience, computer science or comparable education, cloud and container expertise, and strong German and English communication skills. The position offers a hybrid working model and flexible working hours.
